During this last cold snap, we went to turn on the heat and nothing happened. I reached out to Josh at All Week Heating And Cooling, and they jumped into action immediately. They got me on the schedule fast, came out, identified the issue, and took care of it right away.
I had so much confidence in Josh and his work that I asked him to give the entire unit a full look-over and get me set up on their maintenance plan — which I highly recommend so this doesn’t happen again.

I want to say that Jonathan and Jayden are truly professional at what they do. They called me on the way to my house. In the beginning it might have seemed that I was a bit unwelcoming, but they never lost their composure or professional manarisum. They explained everything that was to be done or worked on. All my questions were answered quickly and they promptly put me at ease and began their operation. Jonathan explained the issues with my units and what needed to be replaced cleaned and repaired. I have to repeat, that every question that I had was answered promptly. He showed me my AC unit issues and problems. His experience and knowledge of HVAC system service was presented all the time. Once the maintenance work was completed, he explained my options and Warranty on my units. For now I have to say that they truly Earned a 5 Star Rating with me. We had an excellent experience with Josh at All Week Heating & Cooling! I called Thursday afternoon 4:30pm and they were able to schedule a maintenance call that next morning 8am - 10am. Josh was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue immediately, called to make sure the parts were under warranty and came back Monday morning to finish the repair. Highly recommend! :)

Josh and his team were fantastic. Had to get a brand new air handler and A/C unit installed. The job took a bit longer than I think he expected, however they didn't rush at all, they took their time and got it done right with no hiccups or shortcuts. If only all companies ran this way. Very pleasant experience with All Week, i'm happy we hired them to replace our A/C units.

If you’re looking for a reliable, reasonable and professional company to service your AC, look no further than Josh and his team at All Week Heating and Cooling. My AC went down and within a couple of hours Ashley(customer service) had Josh on site servicing my unit. He quickly diagnosed our AC and provided a plan of action of how to get the issue resolved. Josh took care of all the warranty paperwork and got us the replacement part within a timely manner.
Josh was super knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

Due to an unexpected A/C leak in a new house, I found my way to All Week Heating and Cooling based on their positive online reviews. From the initial call, service was exceptional. Ashley was quickly able to assess the urgency of my issue, and promptly scheduled a service call.
